“Siddhartha's Intent is a monastery without walls”

Siddhartha’s Intent Hong Kong:
It has come to our attention that some attendees at Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche’s teachings quickly transcribe teachings from their notes or recorders, and immediately post these on social media sites. Thus, for example, an unauthorized version of Rinpoche’s 1st February Heart Sutra teaching in Hong Kong has already appeared on WeChat and in other social media.
In a free world, Siddhartha’s Intent clearly cannot prevent such note sharing and transcribing, and in fact we appreciate the enthusiasm and good motivation of the participants in wanting to share their experience. But Siddhartha’s Intent cannot and will not bear any responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of these notes and transcriptions from different individuals.
We therefore request dedicated students of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche wishing to study his teachings please to be patient until the authorized versions of Rinpoche’s carefully and accurately transcribed teachings are officially posted on the Siddhartha’s Intent website.

Letter from Rinpoche - 15 April, 2018

Dear Friends, I’m sorry for creating a situation that made people worry. For many years I have had a little bit of a problem with the prostate, for which I have now had surgery and am recovering very well. I so appreciate all your concern and am grateful for all your continuous good wishes. Due to the surgery, I have to postpone major teaching events just for the time being. So please don’t worry. Meanwhile, pray to Sakyamuni Buddha, Guru Rinpoche, and Arya Tara for the longevity of the Buddhadharma. And if someone like me being alive can contribute to the continued existence of the Buddha’s teachings on this earth for even one day, then it’s worthwhile living that extra healthy day.
